Whether you are a first home buyer, investor or looking for a sea change, it seems that the fear of missing out has now shifted from the buyer to the seller. Sellers are now more inclined to engage in robust pre auction negotiations and accept reasonable offers that would have been otherwise waived off 6 months ago.
